A. Missed or Incomplete Services: If our team fails to perform the agreed-upon services or if the service was not completed to the standards outlined in our agreement, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
B. Damage or Loss: If our cleaning services result in damage to your property, and the damage is reported within 24 hours, we will evaluate the situation and may issue a refund or arrange for repairs.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Section 4. Non-Refundable Situations

A. Customer Dissatisfaction Due to Unrealistic Expectations: If the cleaning service meets the standards outlined in our agreement, but the customer is still dissatisfied due to personal preferences or expectations not specified in advance.
B. Late Cancellation: If a service is canceled by the customer without adequate notice (less than 24 hours before the scheduled service), a cancellation fee may apply, and the service fee may not be refunded.
